The REWARDS Program offers significant cost savings on animal registry, ownership transfers, the Gold Program and herd classification to members as an incentive to encourage greater participation in genetic improvement programs.

The larger the herd, the more savings are realized. The REWARDS Program is an annual program reserved exclusively for members. A $100 herd fee, plus $16 per cow on test, provides for unlimited registration of all offspring born during the year of program participation. In addition, all participants may classify all females twice per year and transfer all animals sold during the year without paying individual program fees.

The Gold Program and genetic evaluation summaries are included in the once-per-year fee.

Members who prepay the REWARDS Program annual fee prior to the start of the new year may save an additional 5%.

A monthly milk check assignment is also accepted by the Association to pay the REWARDS Program fee.

The effective date of the annual program is January 1 of each year.

Enrollment period deadline is March 31.
